Armstrong International broke ground June 20th on a new 29,000 square foot industrial heat pump manufacturing facility in Three Rivers. The project is supported in part through a grant from the Department of Energy and its Heat Pump Defense Production Act. The grant enables Armstrong to significantly bolster its manufacturing capabilities, specifically to produce specialized industrial heat pumps designed for applications exceeding 100kW of heat and temperatures above 180°F.
